My name is Grace and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about empowering my clients to live the life they desire. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your past and dream about your future. My goal as a therapist is to support you as you re-write/release the stories that have been holding you back and assist you in creating a path to a future that excites YOU.

I specialize in working with individuals who want to reclaim their life from addiction, eating disorders, depression, relationship issues and anxiety. I take a strengths based and action oriented approach to empower my clients to create real change in their life. You are already capable and worthy of an amazing life and I am here to remind you of that.

I would be honored to witness you along your journey. I have already had many important people help me along my own journey of healing and I want you to know that healing is available for you too. We are all in this together. You are not alone.
